What is Ayurveda?
Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems. Those who practice Ayurveda believe every person is made of five basic elements found in the universe: space, air, fire, water, and earth.

These combine in the human body to form three life forces or energies, called doshas. They control how your body works. They are Vata dosha (space and air); Pitta dosha (fire and water); and Kapha dosha (water and earth). Everyone inherits a unique mix of the three doshas. But one is usually stronger than the others. Each one controls a different body function. It’s believed that your chances of getting sick -- and the health issues you develop—are linked to the balance of your doshas.

What is Ayurvedic Astrology?

What is EFT?

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. What is Chi Nei Tsang?

Chi Nei Tsang can be translated as an internal organ energy transformation. It is a traditional Taoist form of healing touch or hands-on therapy which is applied to the abdomen. The Taoist sages of ancient China observed that human often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomens. These obstructions occur at the centre of the body’s vital functions and the flow of Chi (energy), our life force. The negative emotion of fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry cause the most damage. The problem can be caused by overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, poor nutrients and bad posture.

Internal organ massage is believed to release regional stress and tension, to prevent stagnation of blood, to improve the flow of energy, to allow detoxification and enhance the immune system.

CNT is a method thousands of years old, developed in China. It was practised by Taoist monks and nuns and was very famous at the imperial court of China before the Chines Cultural Revolution. Then CNT disappeared for a long time from China, along with many other Taoist practices of spiritual nature. Master Mantak Chia, started a revival in the late 1980s teaching in America, then in Europe and finally build his own centre “Tao Garden” in Chiang Mai, Thailand as the World headquarters for Chi Nei Tsang and Universal Healing Tao System training Center.
