Teaching: Hot Yoga (Regular Class) & Pre-Natal and Posture Clinic (Private)

"What students will get from my class is a mind over matter session—learning how to be comfortable, in any kind of uncomfortable situations using 100% of your own body & breathing techniques. Teaching yoga, for me, means enjoying the process of practice and healing together. We learn to live through a mini-series about life in the classes taken. From holding and letting go, stillness, breathing, transition, stretching and strengthening from one movement to another movement, just like our life that is also a story of changes. Leave one chapter behind while moving on to the next chapter. Within practices, we realize that our lives don't get better by chance; our lives get better with change. My class will teach you also about how to build trust and to love yourself better while working on our will power, focus, self-control, concentration & determination. Not to mention the other benefits:

    • Improves flexibility
    • Burn more calories
    • Build bone density
    • Reduce stress
    • Eases depression
    • Provide a cardiovascular boost
    • Reduce blood glucose level
    • Nourishes the skin
    • Feeling happier"

    Teaching: Soul Dance Session

Soul Dance is an opportunity for you to connect and be present with yourself in a non-judgemental and healthy space, through a dynamic form of meditation that's dancing. Dance as meditation is as ancient as our humanity, and Soul Dance is about getting out of your head and into your body. It’s not about the way the movement looks. It’s about how it feels, and therefore, you are encouraged to move however you wish. Through Soul Dance, we'd like to empower people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves in a safe space to dance without talking, drinking and the nightclub vibe. This is about getting great exercise, freeing your mind and body, letting go of your fears, and knowing that you're accepted and supported throughout the dance journey.
